I’ll give ZOË credit, they actually had a good mix of products to choose from. It wasn’t just the same handful of things you see on every other site, which was nice for a change. I found a few cute items I definitely wasn’t planning on buying, but of course that’s how it goes. The site was easy enough to browse, though I did get a little annoyed at myself for spending longer on there than I meant to. Overall, the selection felt fresh and I’ll probably check back again

"Dented box, but everything was okay"
When it showed up, I was a little worried. The box was definitely dented on one side, kind of looked like it had been tossed around a bit. But I opened it up and checked everything, and luckily the items inside were totally fine. No damage, nothing missing. So, not the prettiest delivery, but it worked out.

"Cancellation was literally handled well"
I accidentally placed an order on shopzoeonline.com and reached out soon after to cancel it. It did take a little while for them to get back to me, but they did end up canceling it and sent over the refund details afterward. The speed wasn’t perfect, but it was literally not a big hassle at all. I’d give them 4 stars for how they handled it.

I ordered from ZOË because it said the item was in stock, and believe it or not, it actually was. No mysterious cancellation email right after taking my payment, which apparently is too much to ask from some places. Shipping got started quickly too. Nothing fancy, just a normal smooth order, which was all I was hoping for.

"Return process was more stressful than it should’ve been"
I had a really frustrating experience trying to return my order. It took a long time to hear back, and when I finally got the instructions, they were confusing. On top of that, I still had to pay for return shipping, which made the whole thing feel even less worth it. Maybe it works fine if you keep everything you buy, but based on my experience, returning something through shopzoeonline was just too much hassle. I won’t be ordering from them again.

"No billing surprises, thankfully"
I ordered from shopzoeonline.com last week and was watching for any sketchy billing stuff, because I’ve been burned by online shops before. The total at checkout was exactly what hit my card, with no random extra charge popping up later, and the receipt matched my card alert.
One item ended up being out of stock, and the refund came through for the correct amount too. Just a heads up to anyone worried about surprise charges: I didn’t run into any billing issues here, but definitely still check your receipt and card alert like I did.

My order showed up okay and the stuff was basically what I expected. I did end up having to pay some customs or duties when it arrived, which I sort of forgot might happen. Not really ZOË’s fault, but I guess it would’ve been nice if that was a bit more obvious at checkout. Still happy with it overall

I kept checking the tracking and, for the most part, it updated like I’d expect. There was one scan that showed up a little late, so I assumed there might just be a delay in the system or something. Either way, the package still arrived when it was supposed to, so I can’t really complain. Overall, it was a good experience.

"Exchange took longer than I expected"
I ordered a dress from ZOË and ended up needing a different size. From what I remember, the exchange process was a bit frustrating because there was a lot of waiting, and I had to check in more than once. They did get back to me eventually, though I don’t really remember everything being explained clearly at the time. I did receive the exchange in the end, so it worked out, but it definitely took longer than I would’ve liked.
